Business Process Modelling Expert 

As part of our ongoing Transformation and Standardization Projects of O2C, P2P, R2A, Treasury, Payroll & Master Data Processes across our Group of companies, with a key focus on process documentation, transparency & compliance, we are currently looking for the Business Process Modelling Expert / Senior Expert who will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and designing process documentation as main deliverable from the Project

 

Business Process Modelling Expert / Senior Expert

 

Main responsibilities will include:  

 

  • Analyzing, , documenting & describing financial processes and controls in the field of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Treasury, Payroll, Capital Expenses
  • Responsible of certain project deliverables in terms of documentation creation including but not limited to taxonomy building, process maps, process descriptions, controls descriptions
  • Support Transformation Team and Project participants  in following Danish Crown Business Process Modeling standards and compliance.
  • Support trainings across the Danish Crown Organization utilizing dedicated technology
  • Support  to  workshops, meeting and travels related to Business Process Modeling discussions within Transformation & Process documentation Project
  • Support  Global Transformation Project Team  ensuring issues are reported on time
  • Build, expand and maintain networking and relationships across organization to promote Danish Crown BPM methods and to secure Project Deliverables
  • Supporting Transformation Team/Centre of Excellence/Operational Excellence/CI Projects and other Process Mapping related activitie

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience (min 3 years ) in participating in  transformation/transition, or process documentation Projects related to O2C, P2P, R2A, Payroll, Treasury,
  • Experience of Business Process Model and Notation Standards
  • Experience in working within international environment and global organizations like GBS/SSC/Outsourcing
  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance or Economics area
  • MS Office high literacy
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, Client Facing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within international team
  • Open to learn & actively use new tools  & methods
  • Open to travel mainly across Denmark and less across Europe

 

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, Master Data will be an advantage
  • German or Danish language skills will be as asset
  • Experience in using Business Process Modelling technology (i.e. ADONIS)
