Lead, Finance Business Partner, Manufacturing 

Danish Crown is currently undergoing a financial transformation, moving from a historically focused and transaction-based approach towards a more forward-looking and digital way of working. You will become part of our Performance Management team in Danish Crown, covering all aspects of our value chain, including Finance, Sales, Production, Sustainability, Member Services, CAPEX and Logistics.

As our Finance Business Partner, you will support Danish Crown’s production sites in Thorning and Låsby. Your overall responsibility will be to act as the financial business partner to the local production management teams, taking the lead on operational and performance-related topics across the two sites.

You will be an equal member of the local management teams, where you will support and challenge the business and use your financial expertise and strong business understanding to drive production optimisation and create sustainable business value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a trusted local finance partner to the Site Managers in Thorning and Låsby.
• Ensuring financial transparency across processes and driving the local implementation of corporate standards.
• Driving the performance management agenda by supporting and challenging local management on topics such as variances, conversion costs, OEE, fixed costs, CAPEX, production complexity, business cases, budgets, forecasts and operational decision-making.
• Conducting financial and cost analyses to identify and drive continuous cost improvements.
• Leading financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring alignment with the commercial agenda.
• Defining, implementing and maintaining relevant business processes and procedures.
• A relationship builder with strong business acumen

We expect you to bring proven finance experience from a manufacturing environment. You are recognised by your stakeholders for your financial expertise and for your ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights.

You are comfortable challenging existing perspectives and bringing different viewpoints into discussions while maintaining your integrity. At the same time, you know how to turn financial and operational insights into valuable input that supports both short-term decisions and long-term business development.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Hold a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, an HD degree or similar.
• Have 3+ years of experience from a similar finance or business partnering role.
• Are able to critically evaluate information, develop solutions and use facts, logic and experience to support sound decision-making.
• Bring a strong financial toolbox with solid experience and expertise across core financial processes.
• Are fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
