To accelerate this transformation, we are establishing a new Nordic & Baltic country cluster — and this is where you come in.
Your role – shaping and leading a new Nordic/Baltic organization
As Head of Nordic & Baltics, you will lead a newly created regional cluster covering Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia. These markets currently operate in small, independent sales structures. Your mandate is to unify these teams, elevate commercial performance, and build a consistent, scalable sales model across the region.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with broad general management responsibility across all legal entities. You will play a central part in designing the future commercial setup — and in ensuring strong execution and profitable growth across the region.
You will report to the Regional Head of Northern Europe, and collaborate closely with global product management, commercial leaders across the Northern Europe region and stakeholders across the broader DAT-Schaub Group and Danish Crown network.
Your main responsibilities include
Leadership & General Management
- Lead all Nordic/Baltic legal entities with full responsibility for commercial performance, business governance, and people leadership
- Build a consistent organizational and sales structure across all five markets
- Train, develop, and coach sales teams to embed standardized KPIs, tools, and sales processes
- Define and implement the sales strategy for the cluster – and engage directly in selected customer activities where needed
- Partner with Global Product Managers to establish a SME structure that supports the regional go-to-market approach
- Ensure effective coordination with Group functions (Finance, P&C, Legal, etc.) and regional/global stakeholders
- Drive the day-to-day business with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and customer value
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across all markets
Who you are
You are an experienced commercial /sales leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on operational drive. You thrive in building structure where needed, developing people and teams, and creating clarity in complex or decentralized setups. You combine strong interpersonal skills with a deep commitment to delivering customer value.
You are comfortable navigating a matrix organization, collaborating across borders, and aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals. You lead with openness, ambition, and integrity.
We imagine you bring
- 10+ years of experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles (e.g., Sales Director, NAM, Sales Manager).
- Proven success in people leadership, customer development, and driving commercial results.
- Experience implementing new sales structures, ways of working, or CRM processes.
- Experience from food/meat or adjacent industries is a plus.
- Residency in one of the Nordic or Baltic markets and English fluency at professional level.
