Quality Manager (m/f/d) 

Would you like to work with securing the quality of Danish Crown Beef’s products and educate our employees in our high standards for food quality and hygiene control? 

If you can answer yes to the above, then you might be the candidate we are looking for. Out team in Husum, Germany is looking for an experienced Quality Manager (m/f/d). You will be working with 2 skilled colleagues and as a member of the management team where we’re looking for someone to take on the responsibility for all QM processes.

•    Implementation, maintenance, and further development of the QM system
•    Carrying out all tests in accordance with the internal sample plan and additional requirements (external)
•    Preparation of employee training and monitoring of HACCP and hygiene measures
•    Planning and carrying out internal and external audits

What do we expect of you?

There can be various entry points to the job, and you might have an educational background in the field of food, veterinary medicine or other related fields, but you preferably have several years of professional experience in the field of quality management in which you have showcased your broad knowledge.  

Furthermore, we would like for you to have:
•    Routine in the application of quality and hygiene concepts as well as detailed knowledge of HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards
•    Confident in using a PC and the usual MS Office tools
•    Independent, committed, and motivated way of working
•    Flexible, resilient, solution- and goal-oriented
