Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities across the site.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and Danish Crown Group standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs, procedures, and initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor safety KPIs and prepare reports for local and group management.
- Coordinate internal EHS audits and support external inspections and certifications.
- Deliver EHS training and awareness programs to employees and managers.
- Promote a strong safety culture through proactive engagement with operational teams.
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives in line with company objectives.
- Ensure proper management of emergency preparedness and response plans.
Who We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Health, Safety and Environment are considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, food production, or FMCG environments is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, investigations, and audits.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EHS management systems.
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with EHS reporting systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Salary Range: PYG 117,000,000 - 129,000,000 per year

Buscamos un Especialista EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) apasionado por desarrollar una sólida cultura de seguridad, garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares ambientales, de salud y seguridad, y apoyar a nuestros equipos en la construcción de un lugar de trabajo donde todos puedan desempeñarse al máximo nivel.

Responsabilidades Principales
- Liderar y coordinar las actividades de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EHS) en la planta.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación local, las políticas corporativas y los estándares del Grupo Danish Crown.
- Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar programas, procedimientos e iniciativas de EHS.
- Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y apoyar la implementación de acciones preventivas y correctivas.
- Investigar incidentes, accidentes y cuasi accidentes, identificando causas raíz y oportunidades de mejora.
- Monitorear indicadores clave de seguridad (KPIs) y preparar reportes para la dirección local y corporativa.
- Coordinar auditorías internas de EHS y apoyar inspecciones externas y procesos de certificación.
- Impartir programas de capacitación y concienciación en materia de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Promover una sólida cultura de seguridad mediante la colaboración activa con los equipos operativos.
- Apoyar iniciativas de sostenibilidad y gestión ambiental alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía.
- Garantizar una adecuada gestión de los planes de preparación y respuesta ante emergencias.
Lo que Buscamos
Formación Académica
- Título universitario en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Ambientales o áreas relacionadas.
- Certificaciones profesionales en Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente serán consideradas una ventaja.
Experiencia
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en funciones de EHS, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Gestión Ambiental o roles similares.
- Experiencia en entornos industriales, manufactureros, producción alimentaria o empresas FMCG será altamente valorada.
- Conocimiento sólido de la legislación en seguridad ocupacional y regulaciones ambientales.
- Experiencia en evaluaciones de riesgos, investigaciones de incidentes y auditorías.
Competencias Técnicas
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de gestión ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
- Experiencia en metodologías de investigación de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz.
- Capacidad de análisis y elaboración de informes.
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Experiencia con sistemas digitales de gestión y reporte EHS será considerada una ventaja.
