Regional Supply Chain Manager South America 

Location: Brazil or Chile

At DAT-Schaub, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities across South America.

This is a key regional role responsible for ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and supply execution across multiple sites and markets. Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams, you will play a central role in strengthening planning processes, improving service performance, and supporting our ongoing transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain planning and execution activities.
• Drive alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance through KPI management and data-driven decision making.
• Manage inventory levels and working capital while ensuring high service levels.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of supply chain standards and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations roles.
• Strong experience in manufacturing or processing environments.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience working in multi-site and multi-country organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required. Spanish and/or Portuguese are considered an advantage.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

Indicative annual base salary range:

Chile

• mCLP$ 42,000 - mCLP$ 60,000 

Brazil

• BRL 222,000 - 252,000

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and market positioning.
